Built for final expense telesales

Final Expense Dialer Software

A dialer alone doesn't close final expense business — it needs to hand off cleanly into quoting, policy status and commission tracking. policydaddy's power dialer does that handoff automatically because it's the same record.

How it works

What the dialer does

Browser softphone (inbound, outbound, transfer) on the Twilio Voice SDK, power dialer with background music, voicemail drop, and call recording with a secure playback proxy — no manual upload, no separate Twilio console digging when someone asks for a recording from last Tuesday.

Line health, not just line volume

A nightly health score per phone line factors answer rate, quick-hangup rate, daily volume and line age. Burned lines get flagged for replacement; the dialer skips paused lines automatically, and new numbers are throttled through a warm-up ramp (20/day, then 50/day, then uncapped) so a fresh number doesn't get burned on day one.

Gamified for the grind

The resilience engine tracks daily call quotas, streaks and badges ("Trophy Case") so reps have a reason to stay on the phone through the no's, not just a raw call counter.

Is the dialer a third-party add-on?

No. It's Twilio Voice SDK running in-browser, built into the same product as the contact, policy and commission record — no separate softphone subscription.

How is calling billed?

Calling and messaging use prepaid credits (published rate around 3 cents per started minute, minimum 3 cents per dial) on top of the Pro or free-tier seat. The free tier includes a 7-day, 30-minute dialer trial.

What happens to a burned phone line?

The health dashboard flags it and the dialer skips it automatically; the panel suggests purchasing a replacement number rather than silently degrading answer rates.
