Calling lives inside the record
The power dialer, call recording, transfers and texting sit on the contact, so the conversation and the next step never separate.
About policydaddy
policydaddy started on a sales floor, not in a software company. We sold final expense over the phone, ran agents who sold it, and got tired of stitching a generic CRM, a dialer, a quoting tool and a commission spreadsheet into one working day. So we built the tool we wanted to use.
Why this exists
An agent's day is the next call, the callback they promised, the quote, the application, and the policy they wrote last month that just went into a chargeback. Most CRMs know about leads and stages. Almost none know about carriers, contract levels, draft dates or commission events. Every one of those gaps becomes a spreadsheet, and every spreadsheet becomes a place where money and follow-ups get lost.
The power dialer, call recording, transfers and texting sit on the contact, so the conversation and the next step never separate.
Quoting, the Policy Journey, banking and draft details, milestones, advances and chargebacks are built in, not bolted on with custom fields.
Teams, leaderboards, seat management and production roll up to the owner without a second system or a per-agent price surprise.
The team
Two operators who run final expense telesales and built policydaddy around the work they do every day.
Co-founder
Anthony runs final expense telesales and leads product at policydaddy. He hosts the live onboarding session for new agencies every Saturday, and most of what ships in the product started as something he needed on a call that week.
Co-founder
Melisa runs a final expense agency and leads growth and partnerships at policydaddy. She brings the agency-owner view to the product: what a team needs to see, what a new agent needs to succeed, and what the owner needs to trust the numbers.
policydaddy is made by Cardinaal, Inc., a US company. The product is built for licensed US life insurance agents and agencies selling final expense by phone, and signups are US only.
