Do I need a card for the free tier?
No — the free tier requires no card and is available indefinitely for one person's contacts, policies, quoting and analytics.
When does the 14-day trial clock actually start?
At your agency's first Pro subscription checkout, not when you create a free account. Creating a free account first does not start or shorten the trial.
Can I cancel before being charged?
Yes, cancel from Manage Billing before the 14-day trial ends and you pay $0; a reminder is sent seven days before the trial ends.
