Built for final expense telesales

Final Expense CRM for Agencies

An agency shouldn't have to re-platform when it goes from 3 agents to 30. policydaddy is multi-tenant by design, with team/site hierarchy and per-seat billing built in from the start.

How it works

Structure that scales without a rebuild

Every row carries an `org_id` with row-level security enforced, even for a solo operator. Team and site hierarchy (`teams`, `sites`, per-profile team/site assignment) and a platform-admin role are already wired — hiring agent 4 or agent 40 doesn't require new infrastructure.

Visibility across the floor

Leaderboards filter by team or site, and the resilience engine's daily activity tracking gives an owner or manager a same-day read on who's dialing and closing, not a lagging weekly report.

Billing that matches headcount

One subscription per agency: $99/month for the owner seat, $49/month per additional agent seat, prorated automatically when you add or remove someone mid-month.

How does billing work as I add agents?

Stripe prorates seat changes on the next invoice — adding a seat charges the remaining portion of the period; removing one credits the unused portion.

Can I organize agents into teams or sites?

Yes, teams and sites are native concepts with leaderboard and reporting filters by either.

Do agents ever enter a card?

No. There's one subscription per agency, paid by the owner or an admin; agents never enter billing details.
